Do you offer any additional services besides Web Site development?

Answer: Yes! We offer computer training, upgrades, portfolio design, virtual tours, print media and much more!

I already have pictures for my web site. Can you use those?

Answer: Absolutely! We are more than happy to use photos you supply. You can either e-mail those to us, or send us the hard copies. We can also take digital photos for your site if you are in the greater Nevada County area.

Once you develop a web site for me, what happens when the information on it needs to change?

Answer: Updates incur a small $10 fee (per update), we will be happy to update your web site for you providing no one else is working on it in addition to Emerald Forest Design.

What happens if my web site crashes, and all the information is lost?

Answer: No need to worry! We Back up our computers daily, plus each time a web site is completed. This way, if something unforeseen does happen with your hosting service, we will still have a completed copy of your site to put back on-line! For a fee of $15.00, we will put all of your web site information onto a CD ROM and send it you for your records.

What if I refer a client to you, and they buy a web site from you?

Answer: We love referrals! If you refer us a client that purchase a web site through Emerald Forest Design, we give you a commission! We have a wonderful program that you can read about by clicking here.

Do “Web Dollars” ever expire?

Answer: Yes, “Web Dollars” expire one year from the date you acquire them in your account.
